Jericho - base of walls that date back to the time of Israel's conquering of Jericho where the walls collapsed with a shout. The period dating between that base and when the next set of walls were built is consistent with the biblical account and timeline.

Hazor (Major Canaanite city destroyed conquered and destroyed by Israel and later a smaller cite is rebuilt and fortified by Solomon.
The city of Dan - its conquering by the tribe of Dan and the springs there that are the source of the River Jordan.
Caesarea Philippi (Banyas), idol worship there, and a hike to a lovely spring-fed waterfall.
Drive through the Golan Heights to see Mount Hermon and a look-out overseeing the Syrian border (border seemed very quiet and hard to believe this area has been a point of conflict).
